Macros

What is a macro? The term macro has several meanings. In context of the Windows desktop software, its original historical meaning is a set of keystrokes and/or mouse clicks that can be executed any time to mimic a user interaction with the computer in order to automate repetitive tasks. Macros in the Macro Commander automation software serves this original purpose, however, thanks to the easy-to-use macro commands and advanced features there can be created macros to automate variety of tasks: data entry, text OCR, copy files, move files, delete files, scrap data from web sites, enter passwords, fill forms, automate clipboard, run Excel macros, encrypt and decrypt text data, copy or move folders, perform image operations, screencast, zip files, and much more.
